He was subjected to a strip search and body cavity search by the officer who had no grounds other than to humiliate and intimidate the person. Nothing was found during the search, there was no search warrant. Before the search he had asked for an attorney and was refused. How can this be right? His Miranda rights were not read to him at anytime during his arrest. When he asked for an attorney and was refused the officer said he had no plans on questioning him so therefore he didn’t need an attorney.

I was just playing around online and looked up my ex on a criminal records search, and his name came up. One of his offenses is stated as No proof of financial responsibility. What would this be in regards to? Does he have a child I don’t know about and he’s supposed to pay child support? All I know is that he was unemployed.

The other offense says driv priv sus purs oth off…what does that mean?
His third offense is veh equipped with no smog device…dunno if thats related to the other offenses.
I know the financial responsibility one is different from not having insurance because I typed in someone else I know and their offense was operate veh no ins

okay so there is a long story behind this, but the short version is my aunt died a few years ago after being in a vegitable/comatose state for almost 18 years, she got that way because a man named robert lombarto harrased her and purposly ran into her van with his, sending her out of the car and off the highway. worst of all he was drunk and had been arested for dwi twice. I really want to find him, either where he is or how hes doing, maybe even if hes in jail again. I just need a criminal search online thats free, all the ones iv seen that offer actual info cost money. Please help. thanks

i’m looking into getting a job for the census 2010 and it stated that they do a background check to make sure prospective employees don’t have a criminal record. i was arrested in the summer of 2007(wrong place, wrong time) and in the spring of 08 the charges were dropped against me. will this adversely affect my chances of getting this job? it seems that my record won’t show up on most public criminal record searches, but i’m sure the census bureau gets full access.

Where exactly are the real public records? I just got sucked into, what I thought, would give me a free search of all public records and it turned that I had to pay a few dollars, only for an address, name, and relatives. The ad said it quite a bit more was free. (As they all do.) But, to go beyond just addresses, there are huge fees for divorce, criminal, property and other records.

What is the link to the actual FREE public records?
