Well when I was 17 I shoplifted and got caught,they took me in the back to search me and then the police came,they spoke to me and gave me a warning got my information name school address ect,but did not handcuff me or anything,Do I have a record?

i know states have free sites not the companies to charge to make money on something that can be found out for free does mich. have like a doc site for offender search and court record search

Hey~
A friend of mine asked me to help him figure out how he goes about getting something expunged off his record, but seeing how I live a few thousand miles away in Hawaii I’m not sure how much help I really can be. And I’m sure the laws are different in Oregon then Hawaii. I’ve tried google and other various search things with no luck. Any help would be wonderful! I need spacifics like if it costs, if you need a lawyer, how exactly it works… He has waited the alloted time and is eligable. Thanks a lot guys, we appreciate it!

i know they do extream background searches but what if you partner was to have a criminal record (nothing to do with children though) like if he was to have been in jail before for breach of the piece or assult or something?

I was just wondering what kind of stuff they are looking at on my record. I don’t have anything interesting, no criminal record, no crazy business. I got the gun anyway but I was wondering what they were looking at for 5 days.
That’s why I asked, if I would not have gotten it they would have told me what they were searchin for.
