i know they do extream background searches but what if you partner was to have a criminal record (nothing to do with children though) like if he was to have been in jail before for breach of the piece or assult or something?

I live in Hagerstown Maryland, so when I need to look something up about someone I go to google type in Maryland Judiciary Case Search and click the link and then I type in the persons name it will pull up everything that person has ever had to go to court for in the state of Maryland.

NOW, What I am asking is does ANYONE know how to get to the West Virginia Judiciary Case Search JUST like the Maryland one? Where you type their name in and search their criminal record, or is WestV not public like Maryland is?

If you find that can you find Pennsylvania for me to? I greatly appreciate it. Thanks everyone who looked at my question those of you who tried/answered my question. =D
