I was watching this show called Locked Up Abroad on the National Geographic Channel. Some of these criminals are so stupid and show no respect of being a guest in another country. Will a U.S. citizen who committed a crime in another country (i.e. drug smuggling/possession) have to turn over their US passport once they arrive back to the U.S.? I was just playing around online and looked up my ex on a criminal records search, and his name came up. One of his offenses is stated as No proof of financial responsibility. What would this be in regards to? Does he have a child I don’t know about and he’s supposed to pay child support? All I know is that he was unemployed.

The other offense says driv priv sus purs oth off…what does that mean?
His third offense is veh equipped with no smog device…dunno if thats related to the other offenses.
I know the financial responsibility one is different from not having insurance because I typed in someone else I know and their offense was operate veh no ins

My boyfriend is currently serving 90 days in county jail in an inpatient treatment program for violating his probation by not passing a drug test.
I asked him a long time ago what he did to get put on probation and he would never tell me.
So, last night I’m bored and can’t sleep and decided to go find out for myself.
The jail that he is in has an inmate/criminal hearing/criminal case record detail search that gives you a pretty detailed report…..which is nice and all……but I’m not quite sure what all this shit means so can anyone translate and tell me what he might of done?
This is what the report said:
