Where online can I find a free link to check on arrest and convictions via court records? Free is not free?

The web search I have found on criminal arrest and convictions. Reads free. Then when I click on the link for the state, city, county court records then, there are options one must purchase? Is there even a free link our web site that use to be free but are not NOW? Please help me to find a free site.

    go to the actual court house website for the county, there it usauly is and is free.
